About Us

EV Apartments was founded in 2011 with the aim of providing the best short and long-term rental properties in Istanbul, Antalya, and Bodrum. We are the tourism and hospitality brand of real estate investment and asset management company, TOROS and work alongside our partner brand TAM, Turkey’s market leader in residential property management, which manages over 100 premises. Whilst EV Apartments focuses on offering the highest quality hospitality services, TAM is there to provide all the necessary support services to property owners. This goes from the very earliest stages of scoping out potential investment properties right up to dealing with everyday logistics as well as providing legal, tax, and administrative support.

What We Offer

Accommodation: We manage a range of luxury serviced apartments in exclusive locations in Cihangir, Galata, and Çukurcuma in Istanbul, as well as villas to rent in seaside locations such as Bogazkent, Antalya, and Bodrum. All our properties are furnished to the highest standard to ensure our guests get the most out of their stay. We want you to enjoy all that Turkey has to offer, whilst being able to relax in utmost comfort.

Our properties range from spacious villas suitable for families, to contemporary apartments in Istanbul’s hippest neighbourhoods. Turkish traditions blend with modern aesthetics, and come kitted out with fully-equipped kitchens, as well as high quality furnishings and bed linens. Renting one of our serviced apartments in Istanbul, Antalya, or Bodrum, gives our guests the freedom to explore on their own terms, whilst allowing more privacy and comfort during their ever-important rest time.

As well as providing high quality apartment accommodation in Istanbul, Bogazkent, Antalya, or Bodrum, we also provide the following additional services: Airport Transfers: Comfortable and convenient private transport to and from Atatürk, Sabiha Gökçen and Antalya airports.

Infant Equipment: Upon request we can provide a baby cot and high chair ahead of guests' arrival.Cleaning: Extra cleaning services are available upon request. 

Portable Wifi: You can have free access to the internet wherever and whenever.

Meet and Greet: We ensure you to have a smooth, informative and friendly check in to all of our apartments. 
Repair and Maintenance: Our technical experts are available 24/7 to take care of any repair and maintenance issues.
Guest Relations: We are always reachable for our guests for advice and support at any time during their stay. 

Working closely with our sister brands, TAM Property Management and TOROS Capital Partners we are also able to provide support in everything from sourcing and scoping out investment opportunities, as well as providing administrative, financial and legal advice.

Meet The Team

Based in central Istanbul, we are a small team of experienced and dedicated professionals working to provide the best service possible. We put an emphasis on quality, discipline, transparency, guest satisfaction and prompt responsiveness in all our transactions.

Ilker Kara, Managing Director

After growing up in Germany, Ilker moved to Istanbul where he initially set up an investment management company. After diverting his attention to the property management market in 2009, he used his knowledge of the importance of transparency and accountability to provide a much needed service to foreign home owners in Turkey.
Aslı Yavuz, Director

As a chartered accountant, Aslı takes care of the money side of things and is responsible for finance, accounting, legal and tax issues.
Tuğba Kanberoğlu Tire, Director

Another key part of the team, Tuğba is in charge of business development, operations and the all important IT department.
Oğul Balcı, Guest Relations

With a background in marketing communication, corporate finance, event planning and operations management, Oğul is one our key associates. His friendly interpersonal skills and level head (no matter what the situation!) mean that he’s just the person you want on the end of a phone.
Halide Bilginer, Sales

Hailing from the beautiful Mediterranean town of Kaş, Halide has a background in tourism working for travel agencies in both Antalya and Istanbul – so is a great source of knowledge for recommendations around Turkey. When not working in Istanbul, she loves travelling around the world and indulging in a spot of scuba diving, hiking, or sea kayaking.
Eren Duzel, Property Manager

Our seafaring associate Eren studied Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering at Yıldız Technical University and worked as a Yacht Manager/Surveyor before joining us to take care of premises on dry land. Yet, he still enjoys a spot of sailing and wind-surfing when he has the time.
Emine Kozgul, Housekeeping

Heading up a crack team of housekeepers, Emine is the one that makes sure every apartment we rent out is in top condition for all of our guests, and operates with a true Turkish home
