1. How does the process of booking our rental apartments in EV Apartments work?
The booking process is simple and fast with EV Aparments, and it should always be done via the web or the portals where our properties are listed.
When EV Apartments confirms the apartment availability (if the booking was processed via our website), the customer must prepay 25% by credit card or bank transfer. This will be done through the secure credit card mail order system or Paypal, as indicated at the end of the booking request.
The remaining 75%, as well as additional services and deposit, must be submitted by bank transfer or cedit card latest 3o days ahead of the arrival date.

3.Do I have to pay a deposit for the apartment?
Yes, a deposit should be paid upon arrival at the apartment in Istanbul or Antalya. The minimum amount is 200 Euros, but it depends on the selected apartment. Please see the deposit amount assigned to your apartment.

4.How do I cancel my booking?
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay the guest will receive a 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay the guest will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations must be made by 12:00 PM (Turkey Time) on the appropriate day.

5.What happens if I break something?
We request you to contact EV Apartments as soon as possible if something has been broken by accident, so we can fix or change the object and to decide if the bill should be footed.

6.What are the arrival and departure timings?
Our general check in – out times policy is as follows. However please note that each unit has a specific check-in and check-out time which will be specified after reservation is confirmed.
Our regular Check-In time is between 13:00 and 19:00
Our regular Check-Out time is between 8:00 and 11:00
Any Check-Ins/Check-Outs outside these hours need prior confirmation and are subject to additional fees.
Check-Ins between 19:00 and 23:59 are subject to a fee of EUR20
Check-Ins between 08:00 and 11:59 are subject to a fee of EUR20
Check-Ins between 0:00 and 7:59 are subject to a fee of EUR30
Check-Outs between 11:00 and 14:59 is subject to a fee of EUR20
Check-Outs between 15:00 and 18:00 is subject to a fee of EUR40

7.How do I get the keys of the apartment?
On arrival at the apartment in Istanbul or Antalya, a member of EV Apartments will welcome you, give you the keys of the apartment and show you the apartment.

8.Can I drink tap water?
We do not advise our guests to drink tap water. We provide our guests bottled water for free.

9.Who can help me if I need help or information during my stay?
An EV Apartments agent will be available to assist you during our office hours for any information by calling the telephone number indicated on our website. We are also reachable outside office hours in case of emergency.

10.Do I need an adapter to use electrical devices in the apartment?
European electrical devices do not require any adapter in the apartment, except for those coming from the United Kingdom. If you want to use other devices you brought (from outside Europe), you will need an adapter.
